Chief Medical Officer and President, Prenuvo Medical Group

Dr. Daniel Durand, MD, MBA

Dr. Dan Durand, MD, is the Chief Medical Officer at Prenuvo, where he leads the clinical and operational teams, oversees clinical research, and serves as President of the Prenuvo Medical Group. Before joining Prenuvo, Dr. Durand held multiple leadership roles at LifeBridge Health, including Chief Clinical Officer and Chief Innovation Officer, where he spearheaded initiatives in value-based care, digital health, and clinical AI. He was also the founding leader of LifeBridge’s Clinically Integrated Network, a network of over 2,000 providers across five hospitals.

Dr. Durand’s career includes leadership positions at Johns Hopkins Medicine, Evolent Health, and consulting with McKinsey & Company. He is an adjunct faculty member at Stanford University and George Washington University, with a courtesy appointment at Johns Hopkins Carey Business School. Dr. Durand trained at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and is board-certified in both adult and pediatric radiology.

Dr. Giuliana Zaccardelli, MD, MBA

Dr. Giuliana Zaccardelli, MD, MBA is Chief of Staff for Prenuvo Clinics, where she leverages her expertise to drive innovation in preventive, personalized healthcare. She previously cofounded a digital health company focused on women’s health and worked as a Health Economics and Outcomes Research Analyst at Analysis Group. Giuliana holds an MD and MBA from Northwestern University.

Dr. Vikash Modi, MD

Dr. Vikash C. Modi, MD is the Senior Medical Director of Preventative Medicine at Prenuvo. In his role, Dr. Modi has been working to develop an integrated program that addresses the irregularities found on preventive screening MRIs in a manner that is understandable to patients and manageable to primary care teams.

Vice President of Body Imaging

Dr. Jason Itri, MD, PhD

Dr. Jason Itri, MD, PhD, is the Vice President of Body Imaging at Prenuvo. He is a passionate advocate for improving quality and outcomes in healthcare with clinical interests including wellness and longevity, diagnostic accuracy, quality measure development, patient-centered communication, and leadership development. In addition to practicing as a radiologist, he is the founder of Longevity Health Clinic, focusing on preventative care that addresses root causes of chronic diseases using evidence-based diagnostics and innovative treatments that restore patients to their optimal natural state.

Prior to joining Prenuvo, Dr. Itri served in leadership roles including Vice Chair of Quality at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, Director of Peer Review and Physician Performance at the University of Virginia Department of Radiology, Vice Chair of Operations at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, and Director of Quality and Safety at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.  He has also held leadership roles in national organizations including the American College of Radiology, Radiological Society of North America, Accreditation Council of Graduate Medical Education (ACGME), and Association of University Radiologists. He has numerous publications relevant to abdominal imaging, diagnostic error, and quality improvement, and has received several awards including the Paul M. Dee Teacher of the Year award, Patient Safety Advocate award, David C. Leach award from the ACGME, and a Certificate of Merit from RSNA.

Dr. Jason Itri holds an MD and PhD in Neuroscience from the University of California, Los Angeles. He completed his residency in Diagnostic Radiology and a fellowship in Abdominal Imaging at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.

Dr. Tyler Vachon, MD

Dr. Ty Vachon, MD is the Vice President of Quality, Safety and Informatics at Prenuvo. He is a practicing radiologist and has extensive leadership and clinical experience with recent emphasis in AI in medical imaging. He has worked over a decade in clinical informatics and provider quality assurance systems with data driven development and process driven implementation. He brings this experience to provide the highest clinical quality and safety to the Prenuvo patients.

Vice President of Neuroradiology

Dr. Amar Patel, MD

Dr. Amar Patel, MD, is the Vice President of Neuroradiology at Prenuvo, where he leads the clinical and research neuroimaging teams. As director of Prenuvo's Brain Health Initiative, he is dedicated to empowering individuals with data and insights to optimize brain health through early detection and prevention.

Prior to joining Prenuvo, Dr. Patel held multiple leadership positions at Northwestern Medicine and served as a managing partner on the board of directors for radiology practices. His expertise spans health diagnostics, AI-driven technology, and healthcare operations, which he leverages as a key opinion leader and consultant in the health sector.

Dr. Patel is dual board-certified in both diagnostic radiology and neuroradiology. He completed diagnostic radiology training at Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology at Washington University in St. Louis followed by an advanced two-year neuroradiology fellowship at Stanford University, where he held teaching appointments. Dr. Patel is driven to push the boundaries of neuroimaging to achieve better health outcomes.

Medical Director of Primary Care Radiology

Dr. Yosef Chodakiewitz, MD

Dr. Yosef “Sefi” Chodakiewitz, MD, serves as the Medical Director of Primary Care Radiology and the Founding Medical Director of Clinical Research at Prenuvo. Dr. Chodakiewitz directs the Hercules Project—a 10-year clinical study with the goal of enrolling 100,000 participants for proactive WB-MRI screening, coupled with longitudinal follow-up to evaluate diagnostic accuracy and long-term health outcomes. This ambitious initiative exemplifies Prenuvo’s commitment to using advanced imaging as a transformative tool for primary prevention and early intervention. Additionally, Dr. Chodakiewitz directs the radiology-consultation service at Prenuvo, an innovative approach to practicing patient-centered radiology.

Dr. Chodakiewitz completed medical school at Brown University, followed by a radiology residency at Cedars-Sinai and a fellowship at Stanford’s Body MRI Division and Minimally-Invasive MR Interventional Center (MIMRIC). There, he developed expertise in advanced MRI techniques, including performing WB-MRI for cancer screening in high-genetic-risk individuals, as well as tailoring protocols for evaluating known cancers and other complex cases.

Medical Director, Australia

Dr. Lisa Sorger, MBBS, MHA

Dr. Lisa Sorger is the Medical Director at Prenuvo in Australia. She's a leading clinical radiologist and medical executive dedicated to advancing preventative imaging and longevity-focused healthcare. With over 15 years of experience as a radiologist and a decade in strategic leadership, she has been instrumental in integrating AI-driven diagnostics and imaging innovations to enhance early disease detection and proactive health strategies.

As the former Chief Medical Officer of Integral Diagnostics, she led clinical governance across 95 clinics in Australia and New Zealand, optimizing AI-enhanced imaging, quality assurance, and preventative diagnostic programs. Her expertise in women’s and breast imaging reinforces her commitment to early detection and patient-centered care.

Passionate about health equity, Dr. Sorger has worked extensively with Indigenous communities, contributing to lung health research and expanding access to culturally sensitive radiology services in remote areas.

She is a member of the AMA Private Practice Committee and the RANZCR Digital Health Committee, shaping national healthcare policy and AI integration.

Dr. Sorger holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Western Australia, a Master of Health Administration from Monash University, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). She is an Associate Fellow of the Royal Australian College of Medical Administrators (AFRACMA) and a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (FRANZCR).

Medical Director, Canada

Vik Agarwal, MD

Dr. Vikas Agarwal, MD is a skilled radiologist and family doctor with a diverse and multi-faceted background. He completed his medical education at the University of Western Ontario (UWO), followed by Family Medicine training and Radiology residency at the University of Toronto, where he also completed a fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology.

Dr. Agarwal began his career in comprehensive family medicine, practicing for four years in a variety of clinical settings before transitioning to radiology, where he has now practiced for the past 10 years, specializing in Vascular, Interventional, and Diagnostic Radiology.

In addition to his medical expertise, Dr. Agarwal holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, with an interest in medical informatics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. He actively explores how these technologies can be applied to enhance diagnostic accuracy, improve patient care, and advance the field of radiology.

Dr. Agarwal has held significant leadership roles within both hospital and outpatient clinic radiology groups, contributing to the optimization of radiology services. He also serves as a board member of the Ontario Association of Radiologists, where he advocates for the advancement of the profession. His unique blend of clinical, technical, and leadership experience allows him to take a patient-centered approach while driving innovation at the intersection of preventative medicine and technology.

UK Medical Director, Prenuvo

Dr. Tahreema Matin, DPhil, MBBS, AICSM, BSc(HONS), FRCR

Dr. Tahreema Matin is an award-winning medical leader, board-certified radiologist, and national healthcare strategist with nearly two decades of experience spanning clinical practice, health policy, and innovation. As the UK Medical Director at Prenuvo, she is leading the company’s UK expansion, combining whole-body MRI, AI, and digital health to transform early detection and enable more proactive, personalised care.

At NHS England, Dr. Matin has led major national programmes, including the NHS Long Term Workforce Plan and the Future Doctor Programme, shaping strategy on workforce transformation, digital integration, and the use of AI in frontline services. She is also a policy expert at the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) and served as a Clinical Lead for The Topol Review, which set the UK’s vision for AI in healthcare.

A University of Oxford academic, Dr. Matin has led pioneering imaging research, is widely published, and completed a tenure as Scientific Editor for European Radiology. She is a trustee at the Picker Institute Europe, championing patient-centred approaches in healthcare innovation.
