Scoliosis
Scoliosis is a condition where a person has a sideways or rotational curve of the spine. There is usually one dominant curve and a more subtle compensatory curve.
Scoliosis is best assessed with the individual in a standing position during imaging. As Prenuvo scans are conducted with the individual laying down, appearance and assessment of scoliosis may be limited in comparison to standing images.
