An indeterminant cystic lesion of the pancreas can potentially be a benign or a malignant lesion. Unfortunately we are unable to determine the exact nature of the lesion based on its current size and tissue composition.If you have prior imaging of the abdomen available, a comparison to assess for change in the interval would be helpful.
