Ways to pay for your Prenuvo scan or Membership

When you're considering a proactive health scan, it's natural to have questions about cost. It's an investment in your health, and one that's worth taking the time to evaluate. With more than 200,000 scans completed to date, we've helped thousands of people take a more proactive approach to understanding their health.

Whether you're booking your first Prenuvo scan or thinking about becoming a member, there are several ways to pay depending on what works best for you. Some people prefer to pay upfront. Others choose monthly payments through Affirm, use HSA or FSA funds when eligible, or take advantage of membership savings and referral credits. Here's what you need to know.

Option 1: Pay upfront

Paying upfront is the most straightforward way to book your Prenuvo scan or membership.

You can pay in full for:

  • Whole Body Scans
  • Memberships
  • Standalone services
  • Blood panel add-ons
  • Add-on imaging services

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Cash, checks, PayPal, and other forms of payment are not currently accepted.

For many people, paying upfront is the easiest option when booking a one-time scan or purchasing a membership.

Option 2: Pay over time with Affirm

If paying monthly feels more manageable or works better for your budget, eligible U.S. patients can finance their services through Affirm.

Application happens at checkout, and eligibility and payment terms are determined directly by Affirm. Before selecting a payment plan, be sure to review the available terms, interest rates, and required disclosures.

Option 3: Check your HSA or FSA eligibility

If you have a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA), you may be able to use those funds toward your Prenuvo scan.

Because every plan is different, we recommend checking with your HSA or FSA administrator before booking to confirm eligibility and understand any documentation requirements.

There are several ways to make your proactive health journey go even further.

Prenuvo Memberships

If you plan to make proactive health part of your long-term routine, membership offers the greatest overall value.

Compared with purchasing services individually, memberships save up to 32% by bundling together services like annual scans, blood work, results reviews, and other member benefits.

Whether you're establishing a baseline or tracking changes over time, membership is designed to support your health year after year.

You can choose to pay annually or finance your membership through Affirm.

  • Friends and family receive $300 off their first Prenuvo scan or membership.
  • You'll earn $200 in credits for every completed referral.

FAQ

How much is a Prenuvo scan?

Prenuvo scan cost varies depending on the scan or membership you choose. Visit our What We Offer page for the most current pricing and details.

Can I pay monthly for a Prenuvo scan?

Payments made directly to Prenuvo must be made in full at the time of booking. For memberships, direct payments are made annually.

However, eligible U.S. patients can finance their scan or membership through Affirm and pay over time.

Does insurance cover Prenuvo?

Not at this time. Proactive whole body MRI is still an emerging area of healthcare. While growing research continues to evaluate its clinical utility, it is not yet routinely covered by most health insurance plans for general screening in people without symptoms.

Coverage policies may evolve as additional evidence becomes available, but widespread insurance coverage is likely to take time.

That said, some Prenuvo patients have successfully received full or partial reimbursement through their health insurance or extended health benefits. Because coverage varies by plan, we recommend checking with your insurance provider to determine whether you may be eligible for reimbursement.

Can I use HSA or FSA funds for Prenuvo?

Depending on your individual plan, you may be able to use HSA or FSA funds. We recommend confirming eligibility with your plan administrator before booking.
